Join us April 19th as PGS hosts two friends of the community in a split recital. Trevor and Nelson will share a split recital full of Villa-Lobos, Lauro, Assad, Sagreras, and more.
Nelson
As a student at Glendale Community College and Ottawa University, Nelson Flores has had the opportunity to be apart of a culture that has been immensely influential over many years. As GCC recognition increases across the valley of Phoenix, Arizona he couldn't be happier to be involved with this community. Having been a part of chamber groups with Saxophone, Clarinet, Flute, Popular music and Jazz ensembles, and other classical guitarists alike, Nelson has developed growth as an individual, musician, and most importantly, as a teacher. As Nelson continues on his musical journey, he aims to keep learning about the world around him and keep growing to better suit his students by pushing himself in uncertain fields …
